Lifting Equipment Inspection
The Inspectors are ASNT II (AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING) trained; qualified inspectors are LEEA, NSL, LOLER, PUWER, IADC, etc., certified and holds approved Certificates from the Federal Ministry of Labor and Productivity on certification and inspection of lifting equipment, boilers, pressure vessels, etc.To visually inspect, proof load test, and certify the load-bearing member like slings, shackles, cranes, hooks, links, pad-eyes, winches, fork Lifts, MAN LIFT, etc.
The Company has High-strength water weigh bags to load test cranes in offshore and onshore locations.
- A specially designed and developed database is in use to track the periodic inspection schedules for lifting equipment (Appliances and Gears).
- Modern electronic load sensing machine with safe distance from the load and the crane
- We also offer training with respect to safe handling of Lifting Equipment to all Categories of Workers.
- We use all LOLER and BSI standards for Lifting Inspection. We are ISO certified and DUN & BRADSTREET registered.
